These are not standard retirement properties. Each home has been carefully considered, combining quality finishes with practical design to support independent, comfortable living. We currently have three beautifully designed bungalows available, with the option of discreet, tailored support if required. A further seven new homes are planned for completion in early 2027, continuing the same thoughtful approach to independent living at Fiona’s Meadow. Each home can be made entirely your own — whether you choose to bring your own furnishings or opt for a carefully curated interior.

Enable Healthcare Solutions at Fiona's Meadow is a nurse-led home care provider, supporting individuals to live independently in the comfort of our homes.
With extensive experience in health and social care, we deliver compassionate, person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs—from everyday assistance to complex clinical care. Our service is led by experienced professionals, including our Registered Manager, a qualified nurse with a strong clinical background, and our Nominated Individual, an Occupational Therapist specialising in promoting independence at home.
We offer a full range of flexible services, including 24/7 care, nursing care, day visits, night support, companionship, and domestic assistance. Our fully trained carers are DBS-checked and committed to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality care.
With strong clinical oversight and specialist expertise in areas such as palliative care, neurological conditions, and chronic illness, we are dedicated to enhancing quality of life while maintaining dignity and independence here at Fionas Meadow.
